JLab GO Work Gen 3 is a wireless on-ear work headset built for back-to-back calls and constant device switching. It connects three ways - via USB-C dongle at 50ms latency, wired via the included USB-C to C cable, or via Bluetooth Multipoint to two devices simultaneously - so you can move between your laptop, phone, or tablet without re-pairing.

A bendable flip-to-mute boom mic positions close to your mouth for consistent call clarity. Rotating it up mutes instantly without touching a button. Two ECM microphones with 2-mic ENC reduce background noise in open offices, home environments, and anywhere in between. Mic monitoring lets you hear your own voice through the earcups during calls.

Battery life sits at 70 total hours with 40 hours of talk time and standby exceeding 400 hours. Charges via USB-C in 2 hours. Cloud Foam earcups and headband for all-day wearing comfort. Button controls. EQ3 Sound gives you three modes: Voice, Music, and Custom.

Bluetooth 6 with SBC and AAC codecs. Both Google Fast Pair and Microsoft Swift Pair supported for instant pairing on Android and Windows devices. Support protocols: HSP/HFP/A2DP/AVRCP. Wired playback via USB-C to C. Compatible with iOS and Android, including Siri and Google Assistant.

The Lab App on Windows and MacOS adds custom EQ, mic EQ, ENC tuning, Hear Yourself settings, custom controls, saved profiles, OTA firmware updates, and safe hearing tools.
